I enjoyed

more calls especially month end,working as a team if i struggle to help the caller,i learned how to be calm if the caller is rude,helping the customer,when the system is low

Good learning curve

Working for an emergency line is great but the salary we get paid for is not enough, we don't fair treatment . The relationship between agents and supervisors is not good, our performances drop because they have their favourites. Helping people is a great platform for me to grow and understand people's needs. i enjoy reaching my target because its challenging and its exciting. There's nothing new about. We have no benefits No bonus The little money we receive is not enough to safe for the future or even buy a house or car.

Pros: Gaining experience is a medical field.
Cons: Long working hours with little salaries
