I am currently a supervisor in a cellular industry. I am seeking more challenges and new exposure

I enjoy working with people. I deal with different people that has different cultures daily. I have a strong relationship with my co worker and work well in a team. I have learnt quit a bit on the SWAT analysis. I can tell where individuals have strengths and weaknesses. assisting the staff strengthen their weakness is a challenge for me. I enjoy my work place because I work with people and deal with loads of challenges daily when it comes to Customer service. The most challenging aspect of my job is dealing with irate clients and resolving queries in 1 day.

My work place

A typical work day is working with staff and clients face to face. I communicate well with co workers and working as a team brings positive outcome. I have been faced working with different cultures and with people that comes from different back grounds and have learnt a lot. The most challenging aspect of my work is dealing with people that has very negative attitudes.
