A graduate in BSc Geology and Civil Engineering Technician (Registered with ECSA as Candidate Eng. Tech.), with an excellent history and an effective experience in Civil Engineering and Geotechnical works (Site inspection, visual assessment for distress and surface failure, roport writing, laboratory resting and laboratory reports) and construction monitoring. A reliable minded individual who has professional, calm and honest approach to all work related matters.

Nothing

My overall experience at VNA . Mentors are not fit or rather equipped to be mentors. No workshops or guidance as to what is required from the company. Favoritism is a very big problem. Year end functions are always awesome. Company gifts or rather freebies

Pros: Resources availble im their offices
Cons: Unfair to employees in a sense that no proper leadership
