Daily work challenges. Wonderfull opertunities but limited growth for induviduals.

Most people will think Payroll is just a monthly cycle but it is more. There is constant enquiries from employee, third parties in and outside the firm. From increases, strikes, medical aids, pension funds, unions and other input and reports keeps us busy. We work as a team in our office, even with the occasional office politics, we are a great team. I have learn a great deal in the 7 years in this department as well as in the firm. Team work , humanity and doesn't matter what , just stay tru to yourself and never to loose yourself in your work. I like to work with the employees as well as the one on one work of the payroll atmosphere. Keeping everybody happy!

Pros: being trusted to do my work.

Post graduated

i here apply for a job in your company i am a post graduated worker, working at vkb company in REITZ as cashier.I am hardworking, able to work under pressure, good communication skills , good listening skills . My recent job has given great opportunity to work with multi racial customer able to deal with difficult customer what i enjoy the most the ability expand my knowledge in the agricultural industry and i now enjoying in daily activities wish is to order stock from suppliers, credit and debit sales, account payments of clients, tel sales , filing of invoices, voiding of transactions and issuing of receipts to clients. i have a great relationship with co-workers that has learnt me to have skills in other departments i not working in and what i enjoy the most about my work is that i am learning .

Eager to learn

I am a conscientious person who works hard and pays attention to detail. I’m flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others. I also have lots of ideas and enthusiasm. Interesting, always something to learn

I get along with all my co-workers. We get a lot of opportunities like for example , different courses. Client services, etc. I am passionate about my work, but I don't see myself at Vkb in the future. I want to be better. We are working with farmers, who can be difficult sometimes, on a daily basis. It can be hard to stay calm and satisfy them, but I always try my best.

Pros: There is a chance for going higher, but not at my branch
Cons: Normal hours
