My learning curve at VKB Milling was great, I was groomed to the person I am today. I have worked hard every day, handled all pressure from customer on co-workers. This company gave me good experience and taught me how to handle challenges and stress. I enjoy working for them. The challenging aspects was month end stock taking the pressure was too much before but now I enjoy every minute.

Pros: Yes maybe in future.

Is a very good learning experience to work for a milling company

I am a 40 years old lady with more than five years working experience in office admin,banking,insurance and front desk management. I am a hardworking, fast learner .I can work well on my own initiative and alsowotkcwell in a group

Pros: Opportunity to learn new things and deal wit different challenges everyday
Cons: Long working hours with no overtime pay

Fantastic working conditions

Good working relationship with all staff members and the senior managers are supportive , assist where they can. The company abide the rules of the basic principles of the labour law and it strive for success

I had a great learning opportunity and i have grown.

VKB is a great Company to work for, it gives people the opportunity to learn. The culture is also great, there isn't any division between senior management and junior employees. it gives it's employees performance bonuses each year which is an uncommon thing in most companies.
