Do toolbox talks and relevant safety talks, discuss the previous days work and hand out task orders. Make sure all relevant equipment and spares are available to continue with daily work. do tenders and submit. I have a very good relationship with my co workers. enjoy working and teaching the team and making good progress.

Pros: graet company to work for when I started here
Cons: no increase for the last 3 years and also busy with retrenchment
