Its great opportunity experinced

its a learning curve , as i have experienced a lot of things in logistic world * I have learned how to communicated with co-workers & not to write email will anger or be personal. * i have learned different logistic system like using freight wave & posed med . . I have learned in logistics its chain of networking to produce the writ result for final consumer. customer service its number one priority. * i relay like to enjoy a work place were there is team buildups & mot*motivational life skill * i actually took my self to study logistics at Damelin college * i find very challenging here because there was no training u just get on board u learn through the process

Pros: great opportunities for semi skilled
Cons: long working hours no overtimes even on Saturdays

Great skill learning carve

my challenges are when i am doing some work at sometime doing my work & also dead line to summit. * iam enjoy when as team my co workers give each anther a chance to bring ideas to work. my relationship with my co worker they sometimes like to get assist form me were else my work its foaling behind . * i have learned some people in work place they can shifted the blame to anther people.

Pros: iam have a great listen skill & abilities to convince people to do the work
Cons: abilities to handle the preacher
