Great learning experience, so much to draw and gain from.

Too much to learn, a good work experience, fun and healthy environment, vast and a lot of growth opportunities. The A good day woould be having everything done on time, deliveries being made, proper stock allocated to the relevant nurses, calling patients to check their level of satisfaction I have improved my excel, word and telephonic skills, im efficient on Google drive I enjoyed talking to different patients and hearing how happy they are or trying my best to solve their quarrels. Challenging aspects were making sure that stock was received on time, that meant lots of communication between us and the filling station and truck deliveries and collection of the stock.

Pros: A great company, good environment and great people.
Cons: Sometimes the word urgent was over abused and put pressure on most departments.

Excellent learning curve

Dear Sir/Madam I Boitumelo Segoto A highly motivated and hardworking individual, who has completed their Diploma in Management,Certificate in Supply Chain Management, Certificate in Logistics Management, High Certificate in Junior Bookkeeping, achieving excellent grades in all the qualifications. Seeking a Logistics industry to build upon a keen scientific interest and start a career as a Supply Chain Analyst. Eventual career goal is to become a fully-qualified and experienced Supply Chain Analyst. Currently doing my second year in Bcom Supply chain management with Management College of South Africa(MANCOSA). Currently I'm working as a Depot Supervisor in Airliquide. It's a contract of 3 months from April 2019 till June 2019. So I'm looking for a permanent position in a challenging environment that will stimulate my skills and knowledge.

Good learning curve

A typical working day would consists of administrative duties, making sure stock is captured and packed properly and awaiting of stock orders from various branches country wide. Relationship with co-workers is not always perfect but we try to keep the respect and discipline amongst us workers and management at all times. I have learnt that inventory control requires a lot of responsibility and attention to detail, it needs focus and attentiveness to make sure stock levels are accurate and adequate. I enjoy the organisation of inventory and making sure the organisation system of stock levels is balanced and controlled accurately. the most challenging aspect about the job is keeping track with all stock orders and that there is no access or shortage of stock, thus stock levels have to be balanced and accurately checked at all times.

Learning Curve

I have learned quite a lot since I am from and industrial company, moving to the medical field was fascinating. I have been doing this for a while now and I think I have learned all I can withing the field, I need new challenges. Challenges are management not being supporting especially in the challenges we propose but still want results using the same methods that are not bringing those results.

Excellent training courses

Vitalaire was a dynamic company. It was good working with nursing professionals. I enjoyed both the respect of my superiors and colleagues alike. I enjoyed tackling the company's knotty problems. The challenge was working with patients who are terminally ill.

Excellent

Insightful friendly work place meeting are exciting only challenge is not being able to assist face to face as most customers are pensioners theres opporunity if youve got schooling and chance given to further studies which is great chance of reaching self actualisation is great if only you leaened though

A great eye opener, great working environment and an excellent and educational work experience.

-Easy going environment _very female dominated but hormones do take a back step -Passion is all around, as working with people`s lives drives everyone in the office -Allocating stock is a challenge as sometimes we encountered shortages -I have learnt to pace myself in all i do, but to keep time in mind while i take my own time. -I have learnt that pressure is a good thing/force to drive me personally

Pros: Great growth opportunities within the company.
Cons: Contract was not renewed due to frozen positions.

Wonderful environment great learning curve

Vitalaire is a home oxygen company that can be very demanding, the workload is measured on a very high level. I have learnt a great deal of management skills while employed at Vitalaire. They deliver a specialised service within the homecare industry. The company has undergone various management changes in a short period and I do which them the best of luck finding the correct structure.

Pros: Wonderful industry
Cons: Very stressful and demanding
