Gain lots of experience within the advertising and projects industry

As a single mom of 3 I have to work from home/Home Office Based. At the moment I'm still busy setting up my business and are looking for clients in Camps bay and Seapoint as my daughter started school this here at Camps bay. I can work from 08:00am - 14:00pm every day and can come to your offices. I worked for Visual Fusion as the Company Project Bookkeeper and work closely with the Project Managers and Sales Team. I have learnt a lot about projects for the past 3 years and enjoying working with projects and that is what I based my work from home/home office based business is all about(Work from home Project/Event Bookkeeping Administration). I enjoyed to know how that project starts and ends. There is a lot of hard work involved for the project to be successful and profitable.

Tough, high pressure environment

The company I work for is essentially a projects company. It is incredibly tough and a high pressure environment due to the demands of the customer which we aim please. Everything we do starts with a plan but it is vital that there is an ability to be flexible as change is the norm. As the head of the Operations department, I work closely with my team and look to provide support to ensure that as a collective we achieve out objectives. You are constantly learning because there are always problems which need to be resolved swiftly and very often these problems require out of the box thinking. It is an incredibly rewarding environment because it takes hard work to achieve success.

Managing challenging tasks

A typical day is spent managing various recources not specifically in the direct reporting line. Ensuring timeous and correct delivery of all tasks. Applying technical knowledge to enable correct assessment and action required to mitigate risks and deliver on optimum results
