-dairy mantaince for patients admissons

-Dealing with difficult patient is one of the most challenging thing to do. at my work place. -Also having to be up-to-date with the waiting list of the doctor's for patient to be admitted. -Coming to my colleges at times we do not agree hand in hand but at the end of the day we work things out and do not take it personal (team sprit). -Vista has though me that life is full of surprise and some are worth looking forward to and others may ruin your YOU if you are not strong enough. -I work with people who mostly are old enough to be my parents but what I respect about them is this is work and when they are wrong they accept that I can correct them with out any issues.

Pros: Teachers you how to deal and understand people
Cons: Half day working hours

I have learned alot and it has thought me how to be patient and deal with people

-Dealing with difficult patients(challenging task of everyday) -Having to work under pressure -making sure that the diary for admission of patient is correct because of the limited number of beds -love the understanding of my co-worker regarding age differences -after every day having to look back and say wow I never thought I could have do that(having to learn every day) -what I love most about my job is that I get to learn more about psychotic patients. -as a person we must always to put ourselves in the other person shoes cause you will never know when it is yourtime

Pros: Not alot of promotional growth
Cons: Love the half day working hours

If your patient has ever had ART before Detail the period when taken and the reason why they stopped treatment. Assist participants to best understand their living circumstances
