We learnt how to sell to potential customers and

Office hours started at 5am in the morning and our daily errands was to recruit and teach newly employed people. Teaching and training started around 6am we had meetings everyday before we go to stores and when we got back. Our clients were Game, Macro, builders stores and Avbob. We were sponsored by RCS hence we provided customers with credit. We left office premises at 8am went to the stores to sell and come back at 18:00pm latest. We do typical daily routine and leave for home at 20:00pm. I learnt a lot from the company because they taught us the skills of selling and how to deal with different customers on a daily basis. I enjoyed meeting and talking to different people it was a positive energy when we go to the field, I did face to face marketing (Direct marketing) the most challenging aspect was to ask customers for their account details.

Pros: It was a great opportunity for business and corporate exposure
Cons: It was long working hours on foot, we worked 15 hours a day 30 minutes lunch, unfair dismissals, it’s a pyramid scheme company and no basic salary.

Perfect leaner

Yandisa is a self believe young man, a go getter, dreamer and passionate young man, I never stop learning I will put my mind in a focus vector. I put 100% to whatever that I am doing. I passed my matric and basic computer skills now am looking a computer that will make me grow

Good development program

Great start for developing candidates fresh from high school and varsity.it is great opportunity for self growth and business development. If you are passionate about sales and marketing then this company is a great choice for you because all you need to know about sales and marketing is there. I would recommend this company for people who do not en want to work for someone but to own their own company
