The past 6 years has given me the experience to step up into a general management position.

I firmly believe that teamwork and empowering the staff to perform their duties and take accountability for their functions is the only way to create a successful operation. Managing 45 vehicles delivering to doctors, hospitals and pharmacies daily is a daily challenge as medication is vital to the smooth running of hospitals and doctors practices - even life threatening should a delivery not take place. The biggest challenge is delivering dialysis medication to over 400 home patients monthly - the majority of which are in the rural areas where the roads are non-existent. Another major challenge for was to be on call 24/7 as the operation runs 24 hours with linehaul vehicles running overnight to various destinations and I was responsible for sorting out breakdowns, hijackings etc. I was also responsible for ensuring that the monthly timesheets, including all overtime calculations etc. were completed on time for 96 staff.

Excellent learning curve

A typical work day is that there is not enough time during the day, as everything is urgent and important. It's a race to get your job done as it has a ripper effect on your team members.

Good

The Job is almost the same, you do the same route every day you dont learn other routes A Very good relationship with the other workers I learn that team work is the only way to survive in this business I enjoy the customers talks and when they compliment me on something I did right The most challenging aspect of the job is getting on time at the customer and seeing that the customer is satisfied.

Excellent learning curve

Highly stressful environment, you have to be an hands on person on the ball at all times. It's a company which has potential but no team players making it difficult to get your job done. It's a daily fight to ensure payments are made timeously.

i am good in doing my job and i like to make my job completely,also very attentive on doing things and able to handle stress and work with confident...At work i am doing data capturing,checking of stock,packing,sorting,loading and also able to pick order at the warehouse environment to daspatch area
