,i do all my administration, recruitment, data capturing.i loved working from home.

sits sales driven i am self motivated and disciplined so acheiving my goals was important to me. i love that the fact that i teach others how to do the business as well, its like running your own business, i do all my administration, recruitment, data capturing. the challenging part was getting my goals done and still doing everything else on my own and i always fullfilled my duties, although we all worked from our own homes we still kept in touch via whatsapp groups and conference calls.i loved working from home.s

Pros: work from home, weekly bonuses paid
Cons: very long hours, senior management has no care fro employees
