Exellent leaning and growing curve

It is a great company to work for the environment, People that you meet each day make it an awesome experience as you learn more each and everyday. The vibe friendly co workers. Assisting customers to my best ability has made me grow and understanding customers needs and building a relationship to gain trust. The challenging part is dealing with customers that I aerate that is not the best part, but I have learned how to deal with those kind of customers based on the experience I come across different characters. The strainers part of this job is the long working hours.

Slow to no growth on store level

Customer service is challenging solving issues yet it's a great feeling when the customer is happy.The sales are very challenging a bit difficult to reach targets as the company product is not competitive with other networks. Staff is great and the understanding is on par. I have learnt a lot patients is key with iterate customers. My concern is going to the next level as in growing with the company however there is no opportunities like that. What I enjoy most about working here is the problem solving and see the customers appreciation.

Growth opportunity

-Organise my department's start up meeting, distribution of sales leads , set day's sales,churn,complaints resolution targets. Managing of call and administrative queues for continuous improvement Motivation to the team, implementation of incentives, loyalty programs and churn reduction methods. - I always maintain professional relationship also ensuring a conducive environment for all - that customers are more than Gold, however the employees on the other hand are price less - Achieving my goals ,targets and also having to have met the customer at the point of their needs , is the most fulfilling - Acquiring good quality leads is one of the challengin aspect of the job.
