I have obtained a lot of skills with regards to customer services, writing skills, communication skills and computer skills. I started as a call centre agent and moved to the billing department than to external complains and resolutions.

To extend my knowledge in other fields of work.

Wokig at my company is really nice because you get an oppotnity to meet diffrent people every day .and get to understand every customer and build relationship with them as well ,my relationship with my co-wokers isvery good because we work on a team and we understand each other much better ,i have learnt that customers are most important people ,what i enjoy the most is selling the products that am working with and adding up my commition ,The most challenging aspects of my job is finding the customers .

Excellent learning curve but I'm not sales person

I knew nothing about sales It was the hardest job for me It was not easy to sell since it was new to people. In times I started to adjust and sell though never met target. The boss was giving us hard days at work she was not my favourite. She hated me though i never done her wrong. My colleges were the best we were always helping each other and they always spoke good about my job to other bosses not my manager.
