I have grown so much on my work

Working at the Vineyard is amazing, my colleagues are like family, and i have grown so much that i could stand on own two feet, being in charge of the section, working and teaching trainees, doing functions by my self without being supervised, taking care of service, i have really grown from what i was before, Vineyard has improved my baking skills to another level,cake making etc and it has opened my mind,but somehow i feel like i have leanerd alot now and stuck and i never get the opportunity to share my ideas on new menus etc. My shift starts at 7am and end at 3:30 no breaks sometimes we leave home late but i dont complain because i love my job but i feel we need breaks to sit down a few minutes and eat😔 u end up getting so tired because you are standing the whole time, functions, service no break and you are just busy until you go home

Pros: No promotions at the Vineyard,you only apply for a post when someone leaves
Cons: No breaks

Working well with my co-worker and a team player

STRENGTHS AND ABILITIES I am a well Groomed hardworking male. I am very competent in everything I do. I am people’s person and team player. I work above and beyond the level of expectation. All rounder, well balanced. Get to deal with Staff, suppliers and contractors.

Working in the Maintenance division currently and previously from the Housekeeping division also. An all rounder with a passion for people and hard work. Strength is that i am an organised individual with good time management and no task is too big or small. I have background experience from being a Personal Assistant to a Trainer. Ive worked in various industries, to name a few - Operations Managing, Commercial and in the Hospitality sector. Balanced in Operations and Administrative

Pros: Would have been the ideal job to work until retirement but due to current circumstances, not possible.
Cons: Service orientated and time driven, which in my opinion is a plus point too

Opportunity to grow

Preparing for services polish cutlery making sure that all stations are ready before service welcoming guest as they walk in and acknowledge them .paying attention to details especial to the in-house guests .a goo relationship with the team and contribute in doing team work .I believe that everyday is a learning day we learn new things everyday from the bar to the system and the micros also within the outlet and the establishment.what I enjoy the working good with the team making coffees, serving and interact with the guest .challenges would be not having enough space to seat the guest and running out of equipment and not having a superior when you need them the most

Excellent I've learnt a lot

I have learnt a lot from vineyard hotel, new skills and more information. My manager thought me lots of things, as he suggeste that you must always have plan be, never run out of plans in a way of thinking. That's what always keep me going.
