Unfortunately, the company has / had very inexperienced Director from a slightly different industry which lead to conflict in the work place. The Hotel it self was under staffed and when they actually did get the business the venue could cater for they fell short of an ideal performance, the onsite Restaurant is excellent but interaction between Hotel and restaurant was inexplicably resisted and could be utilised more efficiently. The current management team do not work together as a unit and in fact actually work against each other which created an unhealthy work environment. Guests could eventually pick up on the miss fire and felt unwelcome and discarded.

Pros: Well situated for future development
Cons: Very long hours
