Excellent planning learning experience

My day normally starts at 07h00 the morning to approximately 18h00 the evening. The industry demands additional hours in the day. The industry requires me to be on call 24/7. I deal with local and international clients, hence the 24/7 requirement, which includes operation management not restricted to a normal Monday to Friday. My relationship with my co-workers (technicians and admin staff) are that of an 'open door policy' style. I respect them and vice versa. I report to the Director. The job gets done, including staff management, KPI’s, SLA, high pressure environment, reporting and operation management (locally and globally). I have acquired skills such as extreme project and operations management due to the industries huge demands which includes major schedule and requirement changes after the planning of a complete work scope has been finalized, how to deal with such changes.

Pros: No 2 days are the same while managing several projects simultaneously
Cons: Family time is affected

Counting the medical stock . cleaning the warehouse

-Doing my job description daily. -my relationship with my co-workers is always respective -ive learnt how to to count the stock's and how to pick the stock's -counting the stock's is a excellent job to do and it makes you also learn about the stock's ,how it is used on patients -cleaning the warehouse everyday -

Pros: Best clearner at the warehouse
Cons: 7hours and 45min
