Work experience and lessons learned.

During the years I have gained experience in many different positions. From customers service to purchasing and currently Customer Service and Warehouse Manager. I received the opportunity to travel and give training within the different branches. Currently we are focusing on new systems for the warehouse and tendering departments. Training of staff and keeping the day to day business running smoothly is the order of the day. Dealing with different personalities and different cultures is challenging but at the end of the day we stay focused on the work at hand and staying professional. Staying busy and solving problems is the best part of the day.

Pros: Learning opportunities, bonus and good increases.
Cons: When different departments do not work together.

Good learning curve

Good understanding of my current job title. co-workers are mostly doing there on thing, keeping to themselves. Topical day at work is stressful but manageable. Always make sure I complete my tasks for the day. I have learned to do what your paid to do and to grow and take what you can where you can.i enjoy the flexibility of my job. Dealing with gossip in the work place is the most stressful part of my job

Pros: No growth
Cons: Flexible working hours
