days are busy and unstructured, I have learnt to think on my feet because there is no textbook method of dealing with anything. Its a highly pressurised environment where you need to be aware at all times.

Pros: friendly co workers
Cons: inconsistent management, no communication from upper tier of management

No growth

No benifits for staff and safety is non existent as well as no place for growth and unfair treatment and a more dictatorship way of working with no regard for legal processes withing the work place

Pros: just a place to earn an income
Cons: way too many to mention
