Excellent learning curve

The work requires to be on the pulse of the systems installed due to the risk associated with these systems. The client has confidence in the work we do and to give it accurately when problem do arise. Have good relation with client and to manage all expectation required to keep thing running smooth on site. Have a good relationship with all co-workers and tend to get things going when running into some difficulties. The learning curve has been interesting as to manage what the client expects of the system to what the system can provide. Having to manage client expectations and costs to satisfy management from the company side and the client side. Enjoy solving difficult problems for the client and to keep them happy when thing need to happen. The most challenging aspect of the job is sorting out staff matters when conflicts arise, to be fair and ensure working within boundaries set on from the company.

Good experience

In charge of daily production of all kitting done for Colgate and Johnson and Johnson. In charge of Pernod Ricard warehouse and of despatch and receiving. Updating of clients system daily and of Health and safety in and around the warehouse. Also 2nd in charge of operations. Doing Weekly audits and stock counts and all other normal warehouse duties required from a manager such as timekerping etc.

Pros: Great experience
Cons: Company not financially secure
