Quality Control Inspection

At the present company we do manufactures V-Props for underground mining supports according to their various sizes. We have sub-sections of which i do a daily routine of inspection to verify and audits if the products are been manufactured according to the correct perimeters as per technical Specification. Also we work hand to hand with operators to assures that they produces conforming quality standard and if there be any deviating products produces along the production line. I Have learnt that quality you cannot see it but is build in the product. Mostly i enjoyed keep a clean record of documentation whereby management don't struggles to reach whatever they need to access from my delivery notes and daily inspection report. The most challenging aspect on this job was that it requires full monitoring and concentration for production side.

Great opportunity to be exposed to new environment

A place to build your career because it is always busy and most of the workers are very helpful in terms of teaching a new employees the work. I have learned to work under pressure and to pay attention to small details. The most challenging part about my job is that it requires me to be always ready for the unknown, by that I mean changes happen almost everyday. My work routine includes inspection, reports writing, measuring, receiving of materials from supplies and dispatching of products to the customers, testing, identifying non-conformances and filling.

Fast learning skills

I loved working as a team and without supervision the most. I enjoyed everything in the field challenging and non challenging. My superiors were understanding and the workforce was great listeners and co operative. I've learned so much in this company hence I was employed as a general worker and the company grew me up until I became a quality control inspector certified.

Learnings alot from payroll
