Bright eager to learn work and grow

Im currently employed at a rather large company that specializes in Coffee and European style cafe foods . my current role within said company is to train and uplift our current as well as new staff members threw our 5 different in house modules . We partner with a large fuel supplier as we have stores within their environments as well so traveling is something I am rather use to . I have a background in hospitality having studies as a chef but my current role has me focused on growing with in the training and development sector.

It is good and fun working with other people , you gain experience and learn new things each and every day. I am good guy , down to earth and friendly . I love working extra hours. • I am : • Flexy • Versatile • Trustworthy • Loyal I enjoy weekend offs , so that I can spend time with my family. The most challenging aspects are: • Working with selfish candidates • Spending too much time on unnecessary things ( e.g phones , talking ) I have learnt how to be on time , and work with customers. How to handle a angry customer.

Good experience training

i have learned a lot on coffee industry and how to manage a store i enjoyed to make coffee and capturing i most thing that was more challenging its to count stock and when the staff dont come to work was very good relationship however they like the way i communicate with them

Awesome industry to work in and learn

I have been in distribution and logistics for almost 2 years and have learnt quite a lot about storage, receiving and moving goods out of my distribution center. I really love my job and couldn`t see myself doing anything else.The vibe between employees is great especially when different roles come in to contact, such as the CEO having a chuckle with an assistant that works on a van makes coming to work a pleasure.
