Good communication skills and management skills.

I have been working as a retail sales person and i was promoted to barista, cashier and general manager in 2 years and during my retail experience i managed to get strong management skills, dealing with difficult customers and manage demanding individuals during work place. IT was great working at vida e caffe, i made a lot of friends with zulus, tsongas, amandebele, amapedi etc. I learnt how to interact with customers, stock ordering, storeroom controller, driving and assisting with deliveries and most of all i enjoyed serving different kinds of customers from all over the world.

I seek to work in an environment that will challenge me further; while allowing me to contribute to the continued growth and success of the organization. Where my ability to stand for long hours without being fatigued, warm respectful attitude , ability to follow instructions without being micro-managed, intuitive ability to anticipate guests’ needs and meeting them, and multi-tasking.
