Exceptional learning curve

I worked at Victoria secret as a junior assistant manager, I started as casual there and I worked my way up I loved every minute although some were hard but nonetheless,enjoy not being limited to what you can do as a sales consultant. Challenges we had all the time but being a united team we conquered almost every challenge. Being a team player was important to uplift the store and the nature of the business.

Excellent learning curve

Was great working for the company and brand,learned a lot of things about teamwork,keeping a platonic relationship with co workers and getting the job done on time. A day at work is clock in,check target for the day,check & replay emails,communicate it with the team what is happening for the day. I have learned that its important not to wait for things to come to you,work for it and earn it.determination and dedication. What I enjoyed the most is teamwork.and recognition for hardwork pays off. The most challenging aspects was to deal with different personalities of co workers and helping them to perform at their best at all times.
