• Respond to Debtors queries verbally and with written communication in an informative & professional manner • Take steps to Inform & assist Debtors to pay their outstanding balances (Payment Arrangement or Debt Relief mechanisms prescribed in Chapter 18) • Billing of invoices • Change accounts where necessary De-archiving, reclassify packages, allocating payments to major accounts etc. • Prepare invoices for Payment WCA, RAF, Correctional services, Medical Aids. • Liaising with other hospitals and companies such as Alexander Forbes, medical aids and other government departments. • Request folders via case note function • Inpatient & Outpatient rate changes via Financial administrator • Capture all information accurately & correctly on HIS system & ensure that all fields are completed • Reallocations of major accounts • Do admission & discharges • Revise the Patient Master Index & Debtor information where necessary
