Perfect learning experience

I work in work friendly environment where we have leaders who lead by example when it comes to work,sometimes we experience those days where the office is busy and you have to go an extra mile to reach the SLA but with the team work we end making progress.but days are not the same sometimes you have a good day at the office and the bad day but work does not stop we keep working until our stake holders are happy.

Pros: Great learder to learn from
Cons: Normal working hours
