Pros: vhavenda Bricks is a big company and it has many workers..but I try my best to work under pressure
Cons: at vhavenda bricks we work 9 hours everyday

Bad Communication

This company has no room for growth. They do not focus on employees at all. It is profit driven and not concerned with staff. You are replaceable and they do not care if you have no personal life. Quick to lend money without caring how the employee is able to afford repayments.
