Great stepping stone

Great learning place, but no balance in work and personal live and no support. The work load is huge. They have no place for growth and the management is really unsupported

-normal working day Learner to be a team player and independent Enjoyed helping people with their accident crisis Getting people to own up to the mistake they make on the road while in an accident

Pros: Great opportunity to learn and get promoted

Excellent learning Curve

I have grown a lot since serving articles in February 2018. I have enjoyed being thrown in the deep end and swimming with the sharks. I have a great relationship with my co-workers and my principal. From being a student to being getting admitted as an attorney on 4 August 2020, I am greatful for the experience.

Pros: I have learned so much from the company
Cons: No opportunity for promotion
