Great learning experience

a typical day at work would be to liase with the application centre on behalf of the applicants and the payment department also asisst applicants telephonically in applying for their visas and tracking them ,helping them with solving delayed responses. i work very well with my co workers and i have learnt alot of admninistrative and customer service skills

Advancing my career

-Assisting applicants with their documents. -Ensuring documents requires are correct -Capturing data on P.C -Handling stationery updates -Sending emails to applicants -Contacting the courier to send passports and applications to the schengen states. -Issuing of passports & visas to successful applicants at front desk. - Following daily protocols of the visa application centre. -Handling sensitive personal identifiable information (PII). -Double checking travel dates and minimizing errors made.

Pros: Great opportunity to advance the knowledge of different types of travel documents
Cons: Limited contract

Great job. Great company

Great job. 8am-12:30 & 13:30-17:00. Taking calls. Answering customers quieries. Tracking their visas. Helping them to book appointments. Guiding them with use of internet. It's a very friendly enviroment and you learn alot about Visa applications and how they work.

Global experience

The organisation provides a good platforms to appreciate different cultures . Long working hours and sometimes weekends. The only challenge is room for work life balance
