Great starting platform . They do not require experience.

Working for Vetsmart was a different experience altogether for me because i had never dealt with anything that's animal related before . I did not even know of the variety of food and medication that are on offer for our animals, so i learnt a lot from them . I also learnt to understand that in the work place you will find people with a personality that is far different from yours and you have to adapt to that kind of environment and be understanding of it . Business ethic are important for the corprate to be successful, like treating your customers with the atmost respect they deserve but what i learnt was that it all starts with the employees, if they are happy then your business will provide good service.

Pros: Great starting learning experience, does wonders for your confidence
Cons: Definitely the long hours. By long i mean only getting to be off after 11/12 days

The worst

A work day at Vetsmart is the toughest thing as we get a lot of difficult people and Head Office is not helpful, My co-workers are great people to work with the listen and do as instructed by Senior Management. I learnt that you always keep clients happy even when they are wrong and you get work done working in a group and the most challenging aspect is keeping the clients happy and Head Office at all times as the both want things done differently

Pros: Good place to start your work experience
Cons: long working hours plus weekends

Looking for great working, that I can excilirate in.

I'm great when it comes handling presure. I love a new challenge everyday day and stove to get deadlines done. I am a peoples person and love working as a team. I am honest and have a open door policy with everyone I know. I am looking forward to your response.

Confident booster

There is always something to do here. I like to stay busy. A typical work day is not too busy to busy and always interesting. I have lovely co-workers and get a long with anyone greatly. The most challenging is to make deadlines, but I love a challenge.

Pros: Learning a lot about animal care and working with people
Cons: No personal time
