A transforming environment

A work day - A briefing and training session with colleagues and thereafter it's down to work, cold calling of personal leads and provided leads. Offering quote services and recommending products with mandated company partners. Negotiating on behalf of clients for convenient prices for best cover. Offering advise and informing clients thoroughly on products. Continuously communicating with the team and referring to superiors for accuracy of information exchanged. Follow up on existing clients to ensure service is still relevant or if more is required. Relationship with co-workers, strictly professional and informative. With my current team i have been exposed to an exciting work-space, highly constructive and challenging yet fun at the same time. The overall environment is exciting and the exposure is constructive. The biggest challenge, a lot to take in and learn to remain relevant and competitive. Which at the same time infuses the fun in juggling the balance.

Pros: Perfect place to learn key elements in insurance.
Cons: the lengthy process communicating back and forth due to lack innovation regarding proper quoting systems

Excellent learning curve

I love working at a call center because it gives Me an opportunity to flex my communication skills, and I get Along with my colleagues we like family. We work as a team everyone has their days but when it comes to work we are All perfect and we make sure we compete so u can see as a person where u lack and what is it that you can do to boost you.

Targer driven and enthusiastic

am currently a personal financial Broker there am more of the middle man between a client and their car insurance service providers. I assist client with any misunderstanding regarding their policy and also do quotations for new insurance companies

Pros: great opportunity for promotions
Cons: income is not steady bases
