I am currently employed at Vertiv as a Master Scheduler and also assisting as a Sales Analyst for customer service department. The new exposure as a sales Analyst as increased my analytical knowledge into end-end of the business. The knowledge that I have acquired at my previous organization: Industrial Engineer (Denel Aerostructres), Industrial Technologist (SAAB Grintek), Master Production Scheduler (Denel Dynamics) and Master Production Scheduler (ABB), will opportune me to add value to your organization while also improving my professional competence. My academic background (BTECH: Industrial Engineering) allows me to also focus on process improvements thereby allowing me to fit in well in the new environment.

Pros: Flat structure- Exposure to different function. I am currently learning about Sales and Orders reporting
Cons: Long hours and opportunity for promotion is minimal

Best experience of the telecommunications industry

Good working relations at all levels of the hierarchy. Management commitment in ensuring that all goals are met through support and Mentoring. A welcoming working environment where every employee is recognized.

Pros: Opportunity to liase and visit other business units for growth
Cons: Promotion limited due to their structure.
