Great company and great colleagues. Very exciting Working hours are from 8 to 5 but the .once working environment Requires a hard working mindset with the intent of learning ang grasping as much information as possible

Great learning opportunity

There were 3 divisions previously I was responsible. Follow up on quotations, ensure stock is present for cases. If opportunity of attending cases was granted, I should attend. Monthly stock counts, try to resolve variances. Demo on products to customers. For 7years I worked solo in KZN and thereafter various employees did join company. I did work well with them. Gained knowledge on products, learnt to grasp what the customers needs during his appointments ie: listening skills became sharp. Enjoy Most: meeting different people everyday. Challenging aspect: when customers cannot move on a situation of stock problem. That's beyond my control. I did try to manage issues within my control.

Pros: Small company grow and now in corporate
Cons: Too long in company,more demanding
