Debt collection great experience

Dial out/call debtors in a 5 hr shift ,some of the debtors of the debtors are willing to pay their accounts and make instant arrangements,some need a lot of pressure and convincing to do .Most of the debtors need to be educated about the charges that affect their account due to non payment and educate about how the credit records are affected.Its a great day when you get your daily target of arrangements even greater when your debtors honour the payment arrangements at the end of the month. I have great co- workers friendly always and its nice for there is great team work and a healthy competition working towards a common goal to bring the company revenue.
