Our company enviroment is noisy and busy because of the incoming and outgoing calls,i enjoy working there beacuse im a team player person, and for me to enjoy my work i control my emotion because when you call someone you dont know his mood for that day, so some are rude some are quiet so i have my own stratergy to deal with them,so i educate them with the account that is been handed over and what a the disadvantages and advantages for them
