Great learning place

Typical day starts at 8 and ends at 4, seldom happens to leave at 4 due to work load. My relationship with my co workers are excellent and I enjoy working with them. I have learnt a lot in this company and would love to learn more but opportunities are not there to go higher or bigger in the position you are in. I have enjoyed my co workers and the some Friday surprises at work. Challenging aspects is keeping your mouth shut and not standing up to something cause it was approved by management.

Pros: Flexi hours
Cons: No promotion opportunities, no benefits.

Excellent learning curve

Good day, My previous position was in Cape Town at Verso Financial Services. We worked in a very relaxed working environment with our portfolio manager. We had flexible working hours ex: 08;00 - 16:00 or 08;00 - 16:30. My former co-workers and I got along very well with each other and we worked as a team together but we each had our own responsibilities. The most challenging thing of my career was that I have worked really hard to gain my National Diploma on a part-time study basis and I have moved up from being an Accounts Clerk to an Accountant. Currently I am a stay at home mother but I want to get back into the finance industry, because my two children are now big enough to attend school. Thank you & regards
