I have received excellent performance evaluations from my managers and have been formally success. I am a highly methodical, amenable, and results orientated team player who is experienced in taking inbound calls from customers regarding products and services. I have also worked as a customer services agent at CCI for an offshore client which was one of UK biggest telecommunications service provider called TalkTalk, where I successfully incorporated my solid communication skills to effectively interact with a huge team of associates while simultaneously building bond with visitors and guests. My duties also included taking care of people with disabilities, where I have demonstrated impeccable patience, care, and support while serving those with special needs. Great upskilling and I can confidently say that I'm fully equipped with the experience I've gained.

On a daily basis my most important tasks is to ensure that the Support team's issues are resolved efficient and effectively. I have an awesome relationship with colleagues including management. I really enjoy figuring out things myself so that I can educate the Junior Risk analysts together with our Support agents. The most important things I have learnt from my current role is that I have to be the best in all fields within our organisation since we handle critical issues from dealing with customer disputes to ensuring payments are processed accordingly. The most challenging part about the is just long hours but it's nothing I can't handle..

Ready to solve problems with logic analysis

Good environment with nice colleagues making my day ver smooth. I learned a lot and I add a lot to the business too. Good understanding of my managers make you feel you own the place but unfortunately I rich the max where I am working now. Finance department is very stable and it became as a daily routine.

Great learning experience

We work shifts Monday and Thursday are our busiest times o the week. You really are constantly push to be your best. But not really acknowledged for taking initiative. No room for autonomy just constant practicality to following rules and regulations.

Pros: Opportunity for promotion
Cons: No work life balance. But you will find people who disagree

Great Growth Opportunities

I deal specifically with verifying documents. Reviewing accounts and authorizing payments based on the outcome of my reviews. I get along with everyone and interacts with all departments. I have learn't to separate friendship and work in the work place as well as not to take anything personal from management. I have also learn't how to apply myself more than I am expected to, exceeding expectations. I enjoy productivity, interacting with my co-workers and motivational and encouraging conversations. The challenging aspect of my job is decision making, when I have to decide whether a customer is fraudulent or not.

Hi my name is Siyabulela Nombasa, a financial Accounting Graduate. I was an intern at Natania De Beer Fanancial Service where I worked for the period of five months. that is where I learnt how to process invoices on a pastel and preparing of Financial Statements. I have a high degree of intergrit and I understand accounting policy I can work well in a team.

Great Exposure

Great co-workers, Great Overtime and off days. Great place to learn different cultures as there are people from different parts of Africa 24 hour working hours, no canteen or eating area for night shift, no night shift allowance. Management have no consideration to staff views.

Great for Fresh Graduates

The company offers the opportunity for fresh graduates entering the job market to gain skills. Training is provided during the probation period. However, there is slight hostility from management if no "friendship" bond has been established. Very clear favourites in the way each person is addressed. If "a job is a job" works for you then I suppose this type of environment is for you. The people on the other hand are great and very welcoming. Free coffee, great team-building activities, awesome starting salary. Haven't worked there long but doesn't seem too promising in terms of career growth. Great place to start up and learn the tricks of the trade.

Cons: Slight hostility from management, clear favourites.
