Good

The working environment is OK but communication between the manager and staff is not good. Meeting munites are not written and sent to everyone to acknowledge instead message will passed on to you by a colleague. When applying for leave the manager will tell you he has no one to work yourshift or you must find someone to work for you. When you have done something wrong without knowing you will hear it by hear says in the lab.

Pros: great opportunities
Cons: long hours

Not a condusive work environment

There are no systems in place for carrying out daily duties,, feels like everyone is doing their own thing most of the time. There is no work/life balance. Employees are not motivated enough to be at work or to do their respective work diligently.

Pros: Pays more than other places
Cons: Not much systems in place
