The opportunity to seek new challenges , the reason for growth, always looking for more and new challenges. To always try to problem solve or find a reason to, never give up on a challenge, very loyal and committed to bringing target and store up to standard Learning curve to seek in any inviroment

Customer service and management

My job description on daily basis is to make sales and make sure we reach the stores monthly target,which I normally enjoy especially with a team that I have, we tackle challenges with enjoyment. What makes me greatful is the fact that it taught me to be more outspoken,confident and mostly gain experience with exceptional client service. The only challenge with my current job is the working hours and the salary fluctuation.

Pros: The harder you work the more you earn
Cons: Long working hours
