Knowing my job and compleating my daily tasks every day

Repair advanced terminals and QC failed terminals. Receive and verify PR’s from receiving . Assign terminals (daily target) to technicians on a daily basis. Performing spares forecast for technicians and approve their spares order forms. Supervise, Performing QC on repaired terminals, investigate abused terminals, scrapped and advanced terminals, team leading, helping Technician with difficult repairs, trouble shooting and repair of devices up to component level (circuit analysing), weekly planning and scheduling on work to be done. Scrap and abuse reports writing. Repairing, programming and software loading on Dione PLC’s (maintenance). Performing KPI’s and making sure that repaired are done within the agreed SLA. Working with different clients. Manage and monitor workshop on absence of a team leaders

It is very great to be hear at verifone

we clock in the morning by 07:30 till 16:00 every week day and sometimes we work during weekend overtime. during December holiday we are not closing since we work under commercial business and we are enjoying our self at work it is very nice. we always trying to come up with an easy way to finish our target so that we wont find our self under SLA

My internship

A typical day at my workplace includes me having to load software into payment devices, injecting them with the right keys and doing quality assurance. I am also exposed to other departments such as receiving and dispatching payment devices of different models. I am currently an intern and we r a group of 10, I have an excellent working relationship with my fellow colleagues and we always work as a team. Since I've been working at Verifone I've improved a lot of skills such as time management, communication skills, team workand applying myself. I would say the most challenging thing about my job is having to know all the keys assigned to a specific customer, being able to managementmy orders on a busy schedule.

Verifone Africa is a relationship company that's aim is customer satisfaction.

Loved working for the company. Customer services was an excellent experience and there were team work. Team work was a priority with balance of family and friends. If you looking for a stable good environment choose Verifone.

Good leadership skills

Verifone is an international company that is offers puntuality and excellence, i work within a group of people who are educated and i get to learn a lot. we do not allow bullies at work because its like a home as i get to spend most of my hours. i have learned to become an accountable leader with puntuality, that strive excellence in every thing i do.
