Works with monthly targets. Help learn to work under pressure

Target driven company. Personal targets must be met for one to get commission. Help debtors consolidate their accounts, medical bills and settle loans/debt . Company clients are financial institutions, Tfg(retail stores) private medical centers and Universities. Daily have to sign at least 2 debit orders or get debtors to pay 2500. What I enjoy about my job is it taught me the value of time management and how to work under pressure and self management. The most challenging thing is convincing debtors to settle their accounts rather than paying it off in installments. My monthly target is R60 000

Overworked

Under paid. We work long hours including saturdays that we dont get paid for. Stress levels are super high due to the pressure we get from superiors. Sometimes we feel demotivated

Excell much on reaching target.

Been working on this company and everything went smoith as i reach target each month and i hv learnt a lot typing skill and handling customer.most challeging things is to capture more debit order abd make arrangement with debtors and work is good as we work as a team habd hand job.

Pros: There is no promotion opportunity that i ever got.
Cons: Time,salary and office enviroment.

Gives good work experience

This place is not good, they just want a person to always work for them. They do not want to groom people unless you are a person of a certain race. It is that you can be considered to get a promotion.
