No growth in the company
Theres no opportunity to grow in the company, there are no trainings for staff. A good company train new staff and retain its staff, which does not happen in the current workplace Workplace has no aircons or big windows for fresh air in this hot weather with 24 workers in a small office, yet we are expected to be productive. That's no suitable working environment

I learnt to work with people and to have be patient
On thursday we do projects like activating more debit orders with clients and we have a specific target to meet on that day so presure is too much but i work to reach my target I have a very good relationship with co-workers we have a very good atmosphere in the office I have learnt to be patient especially when working with people some may not be in same pace you are in so patience is needed I enjoy comunicating with clients the most especially when negotiating payment arangements and giving advice on how to pay their debts

I was required to meet target on a daly bsis, as well as monthly targets,sometimes work as a team
My typical working day was to meet daily target from number of debit orders to meeting my cost which was 800 rand a day than th le number of debtors I was required to call in a day I worked very close with my co workers,we supported each other when we had a very difficult debtor or sometimes we were required to meet daily targets as a group I leaned a lot from my previous job,i leaned customer services how to handle situations,how to work under pressure. I really enjoyed working closely with my co workers The most difficult expect was to deal with very difficult debtors but in the end I made sure that I solve any difficulty I had
Pros: was a very great invironment for promotions

Debit order day
My typical work day starts at 7-3:30call or 8-4:30call. I always arrive early at work to prepare myself for the day. Our jobarea is open space, no cubicles so we are a very pasionate and hardworking workers. Our job incolves lot of communication with another cause we mostly shares the debtors, so the communication is very proffesional and excellent.What is challenging about my work is to get a debtor to sign up for a debit order to pay of their debt.
Pros: The good think I have learned from working for this company is that its is very important to pay youe debt to maintain your good name, because once you have been handed over for debt collecting you have to pay alot of money. Also i have dealt with alot of people each one brining out a different side of your personality. What i have learned though is to stay proffesional and dont ever get involved in a debtor"s personal live.
Cons: Sometimes managment does not attend to queries or follow ups.

Working under pressure and professionalism
Working under pressure and working with different clients daily basis, inbound and out bound calls, reaching companies target and commission for month end salary, being professionally to clients and patience, multi tasking between a call and on the desk top at the same time

Employee of the year 2016 by the branch
Am a hard worker, fast learner and do my best in everything that I do. Work well individually and also a team player. Am applying for other positions because there's no growth in the current company am working for. Making calls and meeting my monthly target. My personal goal is to make two debit orders per day. I enjoy seeing people settled their accounts to me it makes me feel good as a debt collector because the repayment plan that we draw with the debtor and he/she stick to it makes me happy to do my job. My job teaching to be patient and not judge people. What is challenging about my job is when I try to get debit orders and fail on that day.

New greener pastures
I am career driven and I always strive to make my be out of my most biggest ability.i believe I am a team player and sit well within other team members always willing to bring in new and fresh ideas on the table.with my past experience in collections I have learnt that it's not an individual thing but involves different characters of people you engage with on a daily basis.hence it's important to always keep firm and also know that calmness is the key.given the opportunity I can prove that I am indeed a hard working person and can deliver what is expected of me
