People skills,friendly,hard working,can work on own initiative and as a team

i get a long very well with my co-workers, i have learnt lots of things such as, opening and closing of job cards, calling for authorizations, learning how to handle customers who are upset. i can honestly say i love working with our customers, i haven't had anyone shout at me over the phone or speak to me in a rude manner, they understand that it is my job to make sure our company doesn't have any customers leave the work place unhappy. the most challenging i would say is calling for authorizations, because i have to make sure that the poeple i deal with is paying the right amount of money out, and that can be stressfull

Good driving skills

working hours 8 to 5 work well with colleagues. learned punctuality good working attendance. enjoy bringing the company to new heights my most challenging aspect Will be to rectify my mistakes and work accordingly to my job description.
