This was a wonderful learning experience in all aspects

I enjoy the people I work with. I have a good relationship with everybody. I have learned how to handle pressure, how to be pro-active, how to focus on my job and not allow interruptions or office politics get in the way of the purpose of why I am at work. The most challenging aspect of my job isn't the deadlines given, but rather who I report to. I would never bad mouth anybody but communication lacks from management side, as well as leadership and guidance. Which is all I ever needed to perform to my maximum capacity.

Learning new equipment and improving skills

Learning and understand equipment and machinery and understanding how to operate and better yourself for the future. Key points is performing at full efficiency and making sure that dead lines are met no matter the cost
