Good negotiations and firm approach

The hours are short and we work different shifts week to week and alternating Saturdays. The commission structure is low and the target is set high. There are no benefits.

Pros: 5 and a half hours daily

Excellent learning curve with collections and good relation with clients

A very good environment and good atmosphere to learn more about different people with different roles and cultures. I learnt alot about people with barriers and how to manage pressure as well as other aspects as challenges. Most importantly it's very joyful to reach target and meet companies expectations as a way of being incentive driven.

Pros: Great environment to work in and growth
Cons: Working on weekends
