Good training

I learned a lot at this company but I need growth and I got a good experience with them, Now I just needed a new experience and better salary and to get benefits cause they don't have.

Working with debtors it's not easy but we learned to be patient.

Ver-tex solution is a company that hires mostly black youth and we greatfull for the opportunity that it gives to us as youth more especially with the unemployment rate that we are faced with.

Pros: Great opportunity for youth
Cons: Long hours

Exposure to debt collection

Its a target driven kind of a job through arranging payment with debtors. I enjoy team work by sharing experience and skills with my team. I learn to be assertive,organised,patience,calm and focused on a daily basis.I enjoy educating,explaining details about accounts to debtors.

Pros: I strive to reach monthly targets consistenly.
Cons: Working shifts
