Experience gained is good

Tendering is quite challenging and exciting at the same time. You always have limited limited to finish up the design and costing . The most important aspect of the job is to manage your time very well and be hands on with the projects that are currently at execution phase to learn form the mistakes you did during tendering phase

Running and servicing a plant doing the full HR generalist role. Representing the Company at CCMA.

Running the HR function and servicing a Plant with head count of 100. Full HR function Representing the Company at CCMA Full autonomy over role. Reporting and coming up with plans to save costs and create better employee engagement. Learnt how to influence management and propose better ways of work. It is not easy, however I dont give up.
