My experience

I have been working with quality since 2014 . Working in companies like Nissan, BMW and ford and currently am working for venture as a quality supervisor and i have been a intern quality engineer for 4 months

Excellent learning experience

I usually work 5 days in week and I work overtime in sometime. My relationship with my co-worker is absolutely amazing and strengthened by team work. I have learnt that work alone is a learning curve and does innovative me to be. The things that I enjoy mostly at workiswrting reports and prob solving. The challenge that can impact my work is to work indirectly to my job description. a prom solver.

Good learning curve

We used to work friendly and be hapy if you at working place. And iv learn lot, to work with team. The challenges came when other people not showing respect and want conflict but I used to avoid conflict by apologising even im not rong just to end it.

Given time to learn

At time start an early production due to customer demands working hand in hand with with co workers I have learned that customer comes first and to be customer and business orientated The most challenging is when there is high volume orders t be met at times.

I have work for big companies such as BMW and Nissan before joining venture otto

Venture is a very big company my relationship with my co workers was very good .I have learned so many things like green files and starting up a stating ip a new process and what I enjoyed most was learning to work under pressure

Process optimization

I observe the process, study it and come up with an optimized process that targets to reduce scrap and takt time. Employees want to be involved in the brainstorming process so that they can be able to understand and support the optimized process.
