Willie has over 24 years of experience in Production and Warehousing. He claims to be a hard worker, go-getter, he said he likes to work smarter and not harder, he works well under pressure and are always willing to go the extra mile even if it is necessary to put in the extra hours. He is not a paper-pusher he is a hands-on warehouse manager that will jump in and assist his staff where needed, he believes to lead by example, in order for his staff to follow in his footsteps.

Excellent learning curve

Typical working day - I punch sheets, do spot check on the material received. Do program changes on the machine if there's an alarm. Relationship with co-workers , always good because I spent most of my energy on the job. What I have learned: I have learned about the company product otherwise everything still the same. What I enjoyed most: since I arrived at the company everybody was very supportive to help me adjust very quickly. Challenging aspect of the job: here you do multiple jobs at the same time, so concentration very important

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion is high
Cons: Long working hours
